Mary advises on complex IP and technology transactions in the software, digital media, mobile and e-commerce industries. She has represented technology companies on a wide variety of strategic deals, product development and commercialization initiatives and IP licensing programs. Her clients include companies in such industries as business and consumer software, networking technologies, digital media, online services, e-commerce, mobile commerce, alternative energy technologies and biomedical devices.
Mary is a founding member of Peregrine Law Group PLLC. She was previously a partner at Lee & Hayes PLLC and Preston Gates & Ellis (now K&L Gates). Before attending law school she worked in international development, with positions at the World Bank, Overseas Development Council and the Overseas Private Investment Corporation. Mary has been selected as a Super Lawyer by Washington Law & Politics magazine each year since 2005.
